Abstract:
For the second time in as many months, a dispute centered on whether certain types of employees are entitled to overtime pay has resulted in an Inland area worker receiving a belated windfall.
About 150 employees across the state had claimed that Miller Brands Inc. [now known as Classic Distributing and Beverages Groups, Inc.] failed to pay overtime wages to employees because the employees were incorrect;y classified as exempt from such requirements.
