Complaint Challenges Westin's Contract

The Quisenberry Law Firm and Benton, Orr, Duval & Buckingham of Ventura jointly filed a legal complaintagainst the Ventura County Community College District stating that the $203,000-a-year contract awarded to Chancellor Philip Westin was approved in vilation of the state's open-meetings law and should be declared invalid.
