Univision and the Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation retained The Quisenberry Law Firm to pursue their insurance carriers for failing to pay for the defense fees incurred in a lawsuit brought by an employee who was allegedly embarrassed when details of his personal life were broadcast by two of his fellow employees on a radio talk show. The two insurance companies are owned by the same parent, but each contends the other company should pay. We resolved this case favorably for Univision.
