In re: Schlumberger Trade Secret Litigation
These lawsuits involved intellectual property and trade secrets between two manufacturers of electron microscopes designed to test computer chips. Both companies alleged that the other had stolen trade secrets key to the development of technology critical to testing next-generation chips. The firm represented Schlumberger and, following a trial on the defendant’s claim for a permanent injunction, the firm obtained a non-suit.
