Pham v. Gulf Insurance Company
Mr. Pham’s audio/video studio was robbed at gunpoint and several thousands of dollars in audio and video equipment were taken. Mr. Pham submitted the claim to his carrier, who refused to pay for all of the stolen goods on the grounds that Mr. Pham was underinsured. We represented Mr. Pham in a lawsuit and recovered the full value of his stolen goods.
