Henderson v. AMEX Assurance Company
The Quisenberry Law Firm represents Ms. Henderson in her case against her automobile insurance carrier, AMEX. Ms. Henderson, a pre-school teacher, owned a truck stolen while she was on vacation. AMEX has refused to pay her claim, arguing that it believes she participated in the theft. Ms. Henderson continued to make all of her payments to the finance company, paying off the car, so that her credit record remained unblemished. At the conclusion of the mediation, the case favorably settled for Ms. Henderson.
