Bezdjian v. Blue Cross of California
Blue Cross denied Ms. Bezdjian health coverage for her cancer surgery on the grounds that Ms. Bezdjian failed to fill out her health insurance application properly. Ms. Bezdjian petitioned for arbitration, requesting Blue Cross to cover her cancer surgery and her follow-up care including chemotherapy and radiation. We successfully resolved this case on behalf of Ms. Bezdjian.
